Personal data policy

1. Data controller

TriQ S.A.S. (Colombian tax ID, NIT, 902.115.594-7), domiciled in Colombia, is the controller of the personal data received through this site. Contact: contacto@triqlatam.com.

This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian personal data protection rules (Habeas Data).

2. Data we collect and cookies

We only collect what you type in the contact form: name, email address and message. To protect the form from abuse we temporarily store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address; we never store the IP address itself.

If you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which sections they read. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and processes technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you do not accept, no Google service is loaded and no cookie is set. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer; when you decline, we delete this site’s analytics cookies.

3. Purpose

We use your data only to answer your message and, if you ask, to send you information about our services. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Processors and international transfer

The form is processed on Cloudflare Workers and bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical browser data without tracking cookies. Your message is delivered by e-mail through Resend (Resend, Inc.) to TriQ’s mailbox; it is not stored in any database. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics (Google LLC) also acts as a processor. These providers may process data outside Colombia under contractual safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep messages in our mailbox for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. IP fingerprints used for rate limiting are deleted automatically after 10 minutes. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the configured period (14 months at most).

6. Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your consent, request proof of it, be told how it is used, and file complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

To exercise these rights, email contacto@triqlatam.com with the subject “Personal data”. We answer requests within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as required by law.

7. Consent

By ticking the consent box and sending the form you give prior, express and informed consent to the processing of your data under this policy. If you are under 18, do not send data through this form.

8. Changes

We will publish any material change to this policy on this page, with its update date.
